Meditation-A certifies the time you have spent on meditation apps, based on your app history screenshots. That's it! It's for you to describe what you get out of your meditation time when the subject comes up! For more detail on the certification process, go to the page "How Certification Works".
No. Meditation-A Certification will aggregate and certify your time (based on your submitted screenshots) from meditation apps you use now or have used in the past. It is not a meditation app itself. See the page on "How App Time Is Certified" for more detail.
You could use Meditation-A Certifcation to document your meditation history. But, the purpose of Meditation-A is only to certify that you have put in time on meditation apps, documented by the screenshots you provide of your meditation app usage. It's not a teacher certifcation on its own.
No. It could be that meditation apps are only one part of your journey. Generally, we consider a strong-start number of minutes on apps to be about 600 minutes. That could be 60 ten-minute sessions and a good start to a regular practice. But we have no min or max limits.
If you are not certified, for whatever reason, your full payment for certification will be refunded to your payment method (i.e. credit card). ** MEDITATION-A is FREE THRU 5/31/2025 **
